They are for discussing things about the article that other wikians can improve, not for discussing the topic itself like a chatroom. And saying "UNBAN ME NOW!!!!" is certainly not allowed. I consider it spam. This is your talk page, used for messaging you about your recent contributions and such. Thank you.
