Sorry
Apparently, I deleted everything everyone had said on this talk page, trying to put it in an archive, and I forgot to save the archive. Again, sorry.

- Lol, you can't actually 'lose' information on wikis - you can always go through the History tab :) Anyway, I added the discussions back... ^^
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 07:14, 29 September 2011 (UTC)- Thanks.
SJRCS_011 (talk | contribs)11:25, 29 September 2011 (UTC)- I just realized that I created the archive correctly; I just made an incorrect link.
SJRCS_011 (talk | contribs)22:13, 29 September 2011 (UTC)- Ah, ok :)
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 06:17, 30 September 2011 (UTC)- The link was originally correct, but you put the page in the wrong place, so I moved it. I didn't change the link from here though. :P

External Links
You're doing external links wrong. :/
To make an external link, do Scratch
. That shows as Scratch.
makes a numbered link, like so: [1]. A plaintext link can just be the text: http://scratch.mit.edu/
. http://scratch.mit.edu/
Links to pages on this wiki should generally be an internal link. Here's how to make one:
Scratch Wiki; Main Page; Table of Contents.
Scratch Wiki; Main Page; <span style="color:red">Table</span> <span style="color:blue">of</span> <span style="color:green">Contents</span>
I don't recommend changing the color of the link though; it automatically colors them. :)
As you can see, the external links don't have pipes, but the internal ones do. ;)
Nice page BTW. :D

- Ok. Thanks for the help ( and the compliment)

- One other thing: was my account creation really an accident? Here. BTW, I have been on Scratch for almost 2 years now.
SJRCS_011 (talk | contribs)16:48, 16 October 2011 (UTC)- Lol he simply clicked Approve on the wrong user, but that doesn't mean that you weren't supposed to get approved anyway :)
- TBH submissions that talk about wanting to help Scratchers and the wiki might do better, but your submission was fine and would have been approved anyway :)
Jonathanpb (talk | contribs) 21:52, 16 October 2011 (UTC)- You were on for 2 years? :O I never knew about you 'til recently. :P

Why not use DISPLAYTITLE?
DISPLAYTITLE is a magic word that changes the title of the page!
You can put
at the top of this page, and you can probably figure out what for the user page and archives. :P

- Did you want the space on your page? :/
- Also, for the list, I really recommend you use the list stuff that's built in; look:
- Item 1
- Item 2
- Item 3
- Item 3.1
- Item 3.2
- BTW, if you stay active (which I hope you do), it will soon get very difficult to keep your list of pages and "redirections" created: trust me. (We usually say "redirects". ;])
