I will not be very active on the Scratch Wiki (and to a lesser extent, the main site) for an unspecified period of time. If you decide to contact me through my talk page, please note that you may not recieve a reply for a long, long time. Comments to the main site will probably take less time, so I would suggest you to notify me there.

Two things
- The wiki has the shortcut users:Purin2022, so you don't need to use Scratch:users/Purin2022 on your user page.
- If you're wondering why the change to link color in your CSS is not working, you forgot to close the comment in the line before.
Hope this helped

About revert
Hey! About that revert you made on the ST page on my edit (which is completely understandable by the way) i saw you said it "doesn't work." What do you mean it doesn't work?
- (My Talk Page | Contributions | Scratch Profile) 17:43, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
- @7salad3salad On my computer at least, the thing you mentioned (ie. changing colors) doesn't quite work.
Purin2022 | π¬Talk | πContribs | π±Scratch 17:44, 12 January 2024 (UTC)- Odd, on my chromebook I refresh codubee's profile page and it inverts the colors of his profile picture and flips it left to right every one or two refreshes after.
- (My Talk Page | Contributions | Scratch Profile) 17:49, 12 January 2024 (UTC)- @7salad3salad Huh, weird, it seems to work for me now. I guess network connection failed somehow. Actually it might be relevant enough to be included.

Compressing Images
Do you have a good source for compressing images that I can use? I thought TemplateFTW (or whatever it is) just compressed all images after we upload them.
han614698 talk β’ contribs (2,190) β’ profile 17:03, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
- @han614698 — The source that TemplateFTW (and me and most people on this wiki) use is https://tinypng.com, which does a good job at compressing images. I believe the bot compresses the image multiple times (ie. compressing an image that has already been compressed).
Purin2022 | π¬Talk | πContribs | π±Scratch 22:22, 11 March 2024 (UTC)- Does tinypng work for *.jpg as well?
han614698 talk β’ contribs (2,190) β’ profile 22:29, 11 March 2024 (UTC)- @han614698 — Yes, although there were some reports that .jpg has experienced some issues on this Wiki before, so I'd advise you to convert to PNGs beforehand.
Purin2022 | π¬Talk | πContribs | π±Scratch 18:01, 12 March 2024 (UTC)- @Purin2022 When uploading a new version of an image, some images are already jpg, so they have to stay as such.

I'm on firefox windows 11, and it looks like this: https://u.cubeupload.com/han614698/d07Screenshot2024031216.png but it looks different on chrome. How do we decide which version to use. (note: I'm following S:BRD)
han614698 talk β’ contribs (2,190) β’ profile 21:45, 12 March 2024 (UTC)
- @han614698 — I see, it does look like that on FireFox Windows 11.
- I guess we will have to discuss in the CP for which broswer should be used to take an image of the Scratch website, if there is a conflict between them. (I see that you followed S:BRD)
Purin2022 | π¬Talk | πContribs | π±Scratch 21:49, 12 March 2024 (UTC)- @Purin2022 I will start a topic, if you haven't already. Wikipedia's odd rule
From what you said in this talk page, you mentioned that Wikipedia accepts all ages. But isn't there low-to-none censorship in WP? It would be odd to casually let children on there. I've already talked about this before. What do you think?
Co0lcr34t10ns (talk | contribs) 00:39, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Co0lcr34t10ns — Not 100% sure where did I say Wikipedia accepts all ages (I meant Scratch Wiki accepts all ages). Besides, just because a small proportion of the articles on WP is inappropriate for Scratch, doesn't mean that we should censor it. It's more useful than harmful, and while you said that you saw potential risk, if people are going to troll, they have some better ways to do it.
Purin2022 | π¬Talk | πContribs | π±Scratch 09:38, 12 May 2024 (UTC)- Also, wikipedia only allows stuff like that if it is importent to the article. That content would be unacceptable on Wikipedia on any pages that Scratch links to. See This policy on wikipedia.

The smaller the number, the bigger the circle. IDK either. But that's how it works. CS10 would be tiny.
