You can use Community Portal to discuss about Scratch Wiki. (And please don't forget the signature! (--~~~~))
If you want to test, you can use Sandbox or your own Sandbox.
How to Create an Article?
First,you should (or have to) read New Page Policies. (Maybe you have read it.)
Second, go to Scratch_Wiki:Create an article and put page name.
You have to use Wiki formatting, but don't worry. You can learn in Scratch Wiki:Cheatsheet.

I'm Daring_Sailor, and I'm here to answer any questions or queries you might have about the Wiki. If you want to find pages to edit, then you could look at Articles to expand or Article stubs to find pages that you can improve. Alternatively, you could have a look at Innacurate articles to find places to add references. I also get my own inspiration from Special:Random.

we are 3,711 users, that have made 340,135 edits to 24,655 pages (1,493 of them are articles), and I'm 100% sure that you will make all of those stats a lot higher.
If you want to learn more about how edit the wiki and things like that, you can check my wiki guides. I hope they would help you.
