Something I noticed
Hi again, this is my second question in a row. On this page, it says you were a recently elected admin. I thought you'd been an admin for a long time, bit regardless aren't we not supposed to use "current" and "recent" without a date?

Welcome js File doesn't work?
So.. My welcome.js file doesn't work when I type in Welcome! in the subject bar. It is supposed to insert my welcome template and sig. It doesn't do that anymore. Any reason why? If you can fix it can you please?

- The script assumes exactly one thing: that your welcome template is named exactly "User:YourUserName/Welcome". You can make a redirect there leading to your actual welcome template. kenny2scratch Talk Contribs Directory 14:26, 3 December 2018 (UTC)

When do I consider something a minor edit?
I check "minor edit" when I correct a typo, reformulate something, etc. But is it considered a minor edit when you update an image?

- I think it depends. If you know that you will edit the same page later, I think you should put minor edit.

- OH MY GOOOSH!!!!!!!! (Sorry to blurt in) THAT WAS ME!!!!! Ok calm down... So I was recruited to do some pen-testing for my school, and one of my tasks was to get out of enterprises Chromebook, which I did multiple times. But one of the ways I was able to do it was to install Linux on the Chromebook using that method (semi-patched on enterprised Chromebooks)(semi because every school has different amounts of security). If you chose to do (I don't recommend)

Okay, let me butt in here...
Chromebooks are really unsuited to any kind of development, and I recommend any git or GitHub (notice the caps, btw) work be done on something with a more fully-fledged operating system.
Developer mode is meant to be used for debugging a really badly broken Chromebook, not for installing Linux. And as Jedibrine said, you have to hold down Ctrl+D every time your laptop turns on.
Do you have a desktop computer or a laptop with Windows, Mac, or Linux at home that you can use? Even if you have parental restrictions on how much you can use it, it's still better than a Chromebook.
@jakel181: git and GitHub are not mutually inclusive - there are cloud git repo hosting services other than GitHub. If they say git, they mean git, not GitHub. kenny2scratch Talk Contribs Directory 06:20, 5 February 2019 (UTC)
- Basically I don't recommend doing it at all. You could get in trouble and possibly have to pay for a new Chromebook. If you want to program, GitHub (online) will suffice for most web development. Why aren't the categories working?

Privacy Policy and Diclaimers

- The servers are located in Germany, so in most cases it is German law that applies. Therefore the legal documents should be in German. Is there a way I can know how the amount of edits I have on all wikis combined?

- To Mr.Nils: Not possible for now (but you can make a script that uses API to get that information - hint: mw.ForeignApi
- To Mr.qwerty: It goes to enwiki. It's used by Translate Extension (which handles multi-language for a wiki, like MediaWiki Wiki or Wikimedia Metawiki) AFAIK, not Interwiki.

You shouldn't be worrying about your edit count, though, as it's really activity that we look for. (Basically, a few edits a day is better than twenty edits on one day of the week.)

How do I get the edit count for a user for all namespaces (via templates)?
I was making something in my userspace using Special:EditCount as a template but it when it only returns the number of edits for a user for some namespaces (not all namespaces). Is there a way to use Special:Editcount (as a template) to return user edits for all namepaces?
