What Exactly Does Holding An Account Request Do?
Does it allow the person to submit another request? Also, how come when I hold an account it does not go to the holding list, rather it just says "being reviewed by Turkey3"?

You're still missing the point I made earlier, which is that it simply isn't very funny to have a link saying "Click here for a modified version of this article". We need to have it here, as people will see it in the proper location. I did not in fact say transclusion is a giant pain. I said that cross-wiki transclusion is a giant pain. - It was not completely decided what would be done, and whether it would be put at the bottom of the page or whether to change the message to make it friendlier. As such, keeping it in the same place until it's fully decided is the best decision. In fact, if you look at my message that was already there, you'll notice my suggestion had nothing to do with moving the template (although that is an acceptable alternative, but we still need to agree on it). jvvg (talk | contribs) 12:39, 7 January 2015 (UTC)

- Yeah. When creating a new page, you need to include a [[Category]] tag on it in order to relate it with other pages. Help:Categories should explain most of the technical details. jvvg (talk | contribs) 21:34, 15 January 2015 (UTC)

- To include a category in a file, simply add the text

- You actually did upload a new version. It's just that your browser has the old one stored. To fix that, after uploading the new one, refresh the page by hitting F5 on your keyboard or the button in your browser, then the new one should show up. jvvg (talk | contribs) 14:28, 19 March 2015 (UTC)

I'm trying to upload a pic, but I'd like to learn what the protocol is for doing so...I want to do it right the first time so I don't get bot-ed.

- For uploading a picture, you can upload any kind of standard image format (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.). The only thing that you will get a bot notification for is not putting a category in. To put in a category, put "
[[Category:Some Category]]" in the "Summary" box. Look for similar images if you're not sure which category is best, and if it's for your userpage or similar, put Category:Users' Images. jvvg (talk | contribs) 15:18, 19 March 2015 (UTC)

I don't get something
