Welcome to the Scratch Wiki!
Hi Jedibrine and welcome to the Scratch Wiki! I'm banana439monkey (or Banana for short) and, however inactive I am, I'm an experienced wikian. Outside of the wiki, I'm a maker who makes projects either out of curiosity or for the sake of the end user and with them in mind (after all, the end user is why I do what I do). The wiki's a welcoming place full of friendly and helpful Scratchers who are eager to see what edits you make! If you need help, you can always ask me, although given my activity, you'd be better off asking on the Community Portal or reading the help pages. Following the welcome tutorial is also a great way of finding your way round the wiki! Anyway, that concludes my grand speech and it's your time to do the unimaginable. Have fun and enjoy your stay!

About files

Hey, I saw your reupload of File:Jedibrinelogo.png - it looks like you were trying to change the description? FYI, that's not how you do it. MediaWiki file uploading is kind of a mess, but the way it works is like this:

1. When the file is first uploaded, the text you put in the "description" box is used as both the file page's contents and the file upload comment.
2. After the file has already been uploaded, you change the file page by just editing it like a normal page.
3. If you want to change the file itself, then you reupload. In this case, the "description" box is only used as the edit summary.

Does that make more sense?

Please compress files you upload

Hello, I'm {user|TemplatesFTW|name}, a bot that does various maintenance tasks in the background. This is just a friendly reminder that when uploading File:Jedibrinelogo.png, the image size was kinda big, and it could have been smaller if you had compressed it with TinyPNG. Don't worry - I compressed it for you, but I just want to ask you to compress any files you upload, before uploading them. Thanks!

Don't Check Minor Edits on Talks

Especially when replying. Minor edits just mean that the WikiMonitor won't notice te edits.

You can use minor edits on talk pages! The main use for them is if you are editing a message you won't get the notice that you forgot to sign. + WM won't false trigger.

Making a lot of edits clogs up recent changes though. You should use "Show preview" as much as possible to make sure your edits look how you want.

To make a fixed navbar, it should have:

position:fixed;left:0;bottom:0

The left and bottom can be changed to meet your needs.

Just remember not to block any content.

Do I put that in <style=""> on the page or in the .css subpage? Will coding the subpage in CSS then using classes to edit things on my page work? Oh noh i just broke the Scratch Wiki xD Everything became black (the navbar and all the links and all of the text) and it actually looks cool

Nice page! Just a Tip!

You're page blocks the content and has text that takes up unnecessary space. You can solve this by moving the boxes down (to the corners), and putting the text in:

<span title="TEXT HERE">CONTENT YOU WANT IT ON</span>

This will do the following:

HOVER. This way,, the text doesn't take up so much space.

What content am I blocking? Is it just my zoom (90% on Chrome)? Sorry I don't understand, I'll edit it and you can make sure it's correct. Do I move the sidebars? How do I use span to change them?

I meant that the mouse text should be on the sidebars, not on the botom bars. And you shouuld move the sidebars down to the bottom corners like mine and ken's.

You are blocking the boxes on the left that says Tools, Navigation, and For Editors.

LOL yes it is. Add it to your page! My user page isn't loading right now, so just edit and copy it (it is in a div with [[File:hairisonurscreen.png]]). Size it to 25px and you can add a hover note too! :D

Actually, they're diacritics like tͤͪͣͥhͬͫͯͮeͤͬͧsͤͨͮͯeͫͪͩ. But I just used the first search result for "zalgo" (which I will not link here because it swears), cranked it up to maximum, and disabled middle zalgo, and got that.

For talk pages, indent messages when responding to someone. To create a custom signature, you can create a template as a subpage of your userpage. You can add the template to the preferences tab, which makes the four tildas that custom signature. You can use my signature template if you want

About your signature

I see that your signature doesn't have a br in it, and to complicate matters you've been manually inserting brs in front of your sig. I have a solution! In your minisig (not the original sig!) add a <br/> at the start - this will appear in the substituted sig and not double-br existing sigs.
