About this edit of yours

As far as I have been able to tell, secure.wikimedia.org was never removed from the whitelist. On the Phabricator topic colbygk was only considering blocking it:

Still an issue for community curated/moderated websites such as https://scratch.mit.edu, we're going to have to ~add wikimedia.org/ to our block list~ remove wikimedia.org from our allow list.

– colbygk, https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T151977#6326156

and now that the patch was pushed, all wikimedia domains are safely on the whitelist. Thanks for your diligence, but try to read what you see more carefully in the future. :)

(post created with no title)

Hi! In the article section "Mass Reporting", I think the difference between Mass Reporting and False Reporting is an opinion, and that it isn't nessecary to add two different sections. I'm a new Wikian, so if you have a good reason why, do tell me! Thanks!
ButterySaltedPopcorn (talk | contribs) 10:54, 16 August 2020 (UTC)ButterySaltedPopcorn

I consider Mass Reporting a type of False Reporting and that they are slightly different but still very closely related.
And just a note for using talk pages in the future, please create new posts at the bottom of the page and add a title for it.

Both of us were wrong

Me: I didn't see "and related subdomains". Your edit was correct. However:

You: S:BRD. Regardless of my edit being wrong, you were incorrect to revert my reversion. Your removal was the B, my reversion was the R, and your next step is to Discuss, not revert back. You've gotten the page protected for the next 3 days.

Moving user images

If the file has a generic title (such as "My Logo.png"), then any user may add the user's username to the filename, but they must immediately notify the uploader

Scratch Wiki:Userspace#User Images

I just wanted to clarify that after reading your edit summary. :)

I recently added another page to your list

Here. You can revert it if you want.

I am adding pages to the list in chronological order (but still sorted alphabetically), and your addition of that goes against it. I will still keep it, though.

Sorry for to much edits

Sorry because I did too much edits in a short amount of time. I was testing how to write so that scratch blocks appear in the page and some other stuff like learn to sign and things like that. I'll click les times to the "save changes" button. Sorry, I'll be more careful next time.
Azerty_666 (talk | contribs) 16:59, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
You can just click the show preview button instead. This will help so you don't have to click the save changes to see what it looks like.
But it does make sense... I don't think scratchblocks works properly every time your preview. Because you were testing out scratchblocks, I think it's fine if you have to press save so many times. How about trying to get as many of your tests in one edit, and then saving so you can see all of them at once.

TurboWarp

Hi, you want to delete the page i created for being a user-generated content. But What's was user-generated content???
-unsigned comment by Scratcheur-2020Send (talk | contribs)

User-generated content is content made by Scratch users, both in and outside of the Scratch Website. A lot of it is not allowed on the Wiki under the S:NOSP policy.

You forgot to add date to Wiki Standards

Hi! This is just asking you to put a date on the {{Wiki Standards}} date after I saw this.
Lovecodeabc Links: talk (new topic) | contribs (815) | directory 13:58, 3 December 2020 (UTC)

Hi, this is TenType here (an EW). As far as I know, adding dates on templates are not required, as TemplatesFTW automatically adds them every so often. Thanks! :)

Are you an EW+ yet?

Title.

Not yet. However, I was a candidate in the most recent election at the time of writing this.

Why did you change your website font to Comic Sans?

comic sans is the worst font ever invented in my opinion
Lovecodeabc Links: talk page | scratch profile | contributions 20:24, 11 December 2020 (UTC)

I might change the font of non-Carmes Inc pages to a different font. Also, I think my website has always been in Comic Sans.

Please don't edit war

I undid your edit because @Super_Scratch_Bros20 said it was fine.

"Fix" it, or just make it worse? It's okay to make it worse. :)

I only reverted once on the page, so I do not consider myself edit warring. Also, use internal Scratch Wiki links.

Your Status

what kind of status is "E"?
Joshuabirger (talk | contribs) 20:42, 29 January 2021 (UTC)

E was just a placeholder because I could not think of anything else to put there when I added it.

Minaturise Signature

So, I noticed you minaturised my signature because it was too long and I just wanted to ask you a quick question. I did type {{User:Filmlover12/Signature}} but somehow it came up with that. I am very confused. Do you know why this happened? Also, do you know why the timestamp is on a new line? I can't figure out what I need to do to get it on the same line as the main signatgure. Can you advise me please?
Filmlover12 Icon 2.png Filmlover12 Talk Contribs Scratch 16:12, 8 February 2021 (UTC)

Just so you know, it was here in the last section, titled 3.0 Books.
Filmlover12 Icon 2.png Filmlover12 Talk Contribs Scratch 17:01, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
To have the timestamp on the same line as the signature, you need to remove the last <br/> at the end of your signature.
For making your signature shorter, create a page in your userspace and include just your signature on that page (I will refer that page to the minisig page) Then, go to Special:Preferences, go to the New signature textbox and put {{SUBST:name of your minisig page in your userspace}} and check the 'Treat signature as wikitext' box. Replace the part in italics with what is mentioned in it. Then press Save at the bottom of the page.

Thanks! I'll do it now.

How's this?
Filmlover12 Icon 2.png Filmlover12 Talk Contribs Scratch 17:44, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
The code for your signature still shows up here. It works on your sandbox. The timestamp is also okay.
Jammum Icon.png Jammum (💬 Talk - ✍️ Contribs) 17:49, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
I just fixed it I think. I tested it in my Sandbox and it worked fine. Can you double check though?

image dump

In your image dump, there is a picture of Scratch Cat in the dungeon. I was thinking about updating the picture to Scratch 3. I was wondering if that was ok with you.
HiPeeps124816 (talk | contribs) 00:51, 6 March 2021 (UTC)

The iage was uploaded years before I joined the wiki, and the file's only other uses are on April Fools pages. I think it would be allowed for you to uploaded a new revision of the file that uses 3.0 Scratch Cat.

The Weekend redirect

Hi there Jammum, thank you for your contributions! I saw that you created the Weekend redirect to lead to a section with a link to the first shared project still available right now. I heavily disagree that it is notable, as it is linking to a specific project. (I shouldn't have deleted it before discussing, I apologize for that) Do you have any reason why it should be created?
TenType (talk | contribs) 18:46, 14 March 2021 (UTC)

I created the page because it is the first project on Scratch, and I though that would have some notability in some way. Now thinking about it, I think that redirect might be quite hidden and obscure compared to others.
Additionally, would a 'First Project' redirect to the same section of Scratch Timeline get deleted for the same reason? The name of this hypothetical redirect does not mention a specific project.
Jammum Icon.png Jammum (💬 Talk - ✍️ Contribs) 06:50, 15 March 2021 (UTC)
I don't think that a "First Project" redirect would be used, but I say the Weekend project could be mentioned in the Project article instead. :)
