I have reverted the AF home page

Hello! This is just a note that I have reverted the AF home page to the version as of 8 December because I thought the newspaper was funnier at that revision (while not being super bloaty) and also the alerts are quite bloaty. Thanks for your time, and have a good day!

Please compress images you upload

Hello again! When you upload images, please remember to compress your images with tinypng.com. Images with large size can strain the servers. When you uploaded file:FUGITIVE.png, the file size was a huge 233KB, which is far too big. I have compressed the images for you this time, but please make sure that you do so next time. Thanks.

PS: Please note that the servers are hosted in Germany. German copyright laws doesn't have Fair Use as you have in the United States. Therefore, please don't upload images that would be considered as Fair Use in the US. We could get fined. See this document for more detail on that.
