Welcome to the Scratch Wiki!
Hey there! Welcome to the Scratch Wiki, Eribetra! We are glad that you've decided to join us here! I'm Daring_Sailor, and I'm here to answer any questions or queries you might have about the Wiki. You can message me on my Talk Page if you need help with anything on the Wiki, have a question you want to ask, or just to chat!
If you want to find pages to edit, then you could look at Articles to expand or Article stubs to find pages that you can improve. Alternatively, you could have a look at Innacurate articles to find places to add references. I also get my own inspiration from Special:Random.
Have great time on the Wiki! Hope to see you around making some great edits! Bye for now, Eribetra!

About the Recent Moving of an Article
Next time, before moving an article, make sure to discuss it on the article's talk page. I undid the moving of that, because "paint project" is a lot more specific than a "pen project". After all, "paint project" is just one of the subcategories of "pen projects", so we'll want to keep with the more specific option.
WolfCat67 (talk | contribs) 00:31, 14 July 2017 (UTC)
- Uhh, I kinda disagree with you here. That page documents how to use the pen feature to make a project, not the paint editor. "How to make a paint project" to me seems like it documents animations or things to do with many costumes made in the paint editor, while "how to make a pen project" is obviously about the pen feature.

- I don't agree; "Paint Project" could mean something with the paint editor, while "Pen Project" is clearly refering about the pen blocks.
But there is an exception, and that is if the project is actually refering to drawing projects, that have paintbrush , pencil, etc.
But it still needs the name changed.
The name is already changed, but I will change the name to something more specific: "Making a Project with Pen Blocks".

Welcome!
Welcome to the Scratch Wiki! I look forward to the useful edits you'll make and hope you'll have fun here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page, where you can talk about the Wiki, get my help with templates, or even ask personal questions, and more! If you need quick help with wiki markup, take a look at Scratch Wiki:Cheatsheet. You might want to go to Category:Articles to Expand to find pages that need editing. I get my inspiration from Special:RecentChanges however, so looking at that helps too. See you around, Eribetra; |

You asked how to reply
Hey there! I noticed that you asked how to reply on Kenny2Scratch's profile ! Well, all you have to do is put a colon (:) on the line after the person you are replying to. If someone has already replied, you do their amount of colons + 1. For example, if the last person to reply had two colons at the start of a line, then you would put 3 before the start of yours. When you get to six colons, you can use {{Outdent}}, and then start again from 0 colons. Here's an example conversation:
Hello!
Hello everyone!
Hey! I just got to 6 colons, so I outdented.
Get the idea? Here's what the code would look like (without the signatures):
== Hello! ==
Hello everyone!
:Hey there!
::Hi!
:::Hello!
::::Hiya!
:::::Hey!
::::::Hey, how are you?
{{Outdent}}Hey! I just got to 6 colons, so I outdented.
:Hey, how's it going?
::Sup!
I hope that makes sense!

About compressing images
I have a few things I need to point out to you:
- Reuploading images in the categories Category:User's Images and Category:Users' Logos is forbidden by userspace policy, the same way you can't edit other people's userpages. For now, this includes compression.
- Compressing multiple times is unnecessary and wastes time and effort - once is sufficient, no need to go the extra 500 miles.
- One of my bot's tasks is to automatically compress images if they are not already. You are supposed to compress your images before they are uploaded; but if it needs to be compressed afterwards, let my bot handle it.
I do appreciate your efforts compressing images, but unless the image is protected or something (in which case it takes at least an EW), the task of compressing images after the fact is best left to the bots. Hope you can keep this in mind. Thanks!
