Welcome!

Kenny2scratch logo.jpgWelcome to the Scratch Wiki! I look forward to the useful edits you'll make and hope you'll have fun here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page, where you can talk about the Wiki, get my help with templates, or even ask personal questions, and more! If you need quick help with wiki markup, take a look at Scratch Wiki:Cheatsheet. You might want to go to Category:Articles to Expand to find pages that need editing. I get my inspiration from Special:RecentChanges however, so looking at that helps too. See you around, BookTV;

Welcome

Welcome to the Scratch Wiki!
Hi BookTV and welcome to the Scratch Wiki! I'm banana439monkey (or Banana for short) and, however inactive I am, I'm an experienced wikian. Outside of the wiki, I'm a maker who makes projects either out of curiosity or for the sake of the end user and with them in mind (after all, the end user is why I do what I do). The wiki's a welcoming place full of friendly and helpful Scratchers who are eager to see what edits you make! If you need help, you can always ask me, although given my activity, you'd be better off asking on the Community Portal or reading the help pages. Following the welcome tutorial is also a great way of finding your way round the wiki! Anyway, that concludes my grand speech and it's your time to do the unimaginable. Have fun and enjoy your stay!

Welcome to the Scratch Wiki!

Welcome to the English Scratch Wiki BookTV! Congratulations on getting your account accepted! I'm Ash, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You can message me on my talk page if you need help with anything on the Wiki, have a question you want to ask, or just to chat.

If you want to find pages to edit, then you could look at some articles to expand or some article stubs to find pages that you can improve. Alternatively, you could have a look at the innacurate articles to find places to add references. Have great time on the Wiki, BookTV! Community Guidelines banner.png

Welcome!

Welcome BookTV!
Hello there BookTV! Welcome to the Wiki!
If you have any suggestions for the Wiki, just ask on the Community Portal!
When I first joined, I used this sheet to help me get started.
You can also take a look at random pages to get started.

If you need any help:

Couple Tips if I may:
Be sure to check your watchlist often. You automatically watch a page when you edit it. If you check your watchlist, you will know if someone replied to you. Or you can check the Recent Changes.
Hope to See you SOON!

Please categorize new pages

Hello, I'm WikiMonitor, a bot that patrols the Recent Changes. This is just a friendly reminder that when making the page April Fools/Bloop, you did not include any categories. Please remember to categorize all new pages and files. Check out Help:Categories for details. Thanks!

Heads up

Talking about bans or mentioning them in any form is not allowed on the wiki due to unnecessary drama. (see S:COLLAB) Thank you. :)

Please remember to sign your posts

Hello, I'm WikiMonitor, a bot that patrols the Recent Changes. This is just a friendly reminder that it appears you forgot to sign your post in revision 279716 of User talk:TheTrillion. Please fix this by adding four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post to insert your signature and remember to sign your posts in the future. Signing your posts is important as it allows other Wikians to see who made a post. Thanks!

Note: if you were making an edit to a talk page that wasn't actually a message, in the future you can mark it as minor to avoid a notification.

There are replies to your topic on my talk page

Hi, I don't know how much you look at recent changes so I'm letting you know here that Bigpuppy and I replied to your topic on my talk page. Thanks for the question!

Please stop asking questions about unmoderated chat

Hi,

I have had to remove two messages you have posted on my talk page asking about unmoderated chat. Please do not post asking for links to unmoderated chat, as this is a violation of the Community Guidelines. The link you are looking for does not exist as we do not sponsor any forms of unmoderated chat in any official capacity, and the basis for your question is something that no longer exists.
jvvg (talk | contribs) 14:50, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

I never asked for links, I just was asking if there was a server.
BookTV (talk | contribs) 18:25, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
Hi, BookTV, I'm sorry you weren't able to get your questions answered. But in this case I think it might be best to just leave the conversation where it is. I recognize that Kenny2scratch and jvvg's actions may seem harsh, but I know they are just trying to be careful and make sure you understand their view of the situation. I definitely don't want to make you feel like you're in trouble for asking a question, but, as I said, I think it's best to just leave the conversation where it is. Thanks for your contributions to the wiki. :)

Alright, and I apologize to them both if what I said came off as rude.
BookTV (talk | contribs) 19:05, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for understanding. :)

Question about an edit

I noticed that here you added some acusatory information about the ST. Would you happen to have citations for the claims you are making on that page? I'm not even sure that information is very helpfull for the article.
RobotChickens (talk | contribs) 16:21, 17 September 2024 (UTC)

I was just simply parrotting one of the many criticisms of the Scratch banning system. Various people across the internet have accused the ST of doing the things I added in my edit, so it is relevant for the page.
