How to Create an Article? First,you should (or have to) read New Page Policies. (Maybe you have read it.)
Second, go to Scratch_Wiki:Create an article and put page name.

Hai! Hello and welcome to the English Scratch wiki, -Lillion-! I’m asqwde. First of all I would like to say congrats on getting accepted. Welcome to the community!
If you need help with the wiki here is a link to a cheat sheet It explains different tools that will help you on the wiki and I hope you find it useful. I know I had many questions when I joined so if you have any questions, don’t be scared to ask on my talk page or on the Community Portal.

If you don’t want WikiMonitor to yell at you while you’re making changes to your talk page

... then simply check the “minor” box when saving the page. WikiMonitor ignores minor edits (but don’t abuse that!)

I actually also have a fix in the works where WM will ignore edits made before the first discussion header, so editing anything at the top of your page won't trigger it.

I should warn you that the fix isn't in place yet, though. If an edit is at the end of a section and not a message, you should still mark it is minor for the time being.

I moved your file

I moved File:Curent Profile Picture.PNG to File:-Lillion- Curent Profile Picture.PNG because "Curent Profile Picture" doesn't say whose, so it's too generic. You'll have to change that on your userpage.

Oh, by the way, "current" is spelled with two Rs ;)

By the way, please remove the <br/> from the end of your signature - the timestamp (the 00:00, 1 January 0000 (UTC) part) is supposed to go on the same line as the signature. Second thing: never add a space at the start of a line.
