Recent change to red
A while ago, another user changed the header colour of this page to red. However, I think red headers should be used for templates that note that there is an existence threat or there are severe problems to an article it is put on. The Delete and NotUseful templates use red headers and show that the page it is on might be deleted. So is Wiki Standards, which shows that articles are low quality and threaten the usefulness of an article. For the outdated template, pages using them still meet Wiki guidelines and are notable enough not to be deleted, but I do not think an outdated article is severe enough to have a red header.

- There could be a template option, so if it is very outdated it could be red.
