Do we need this? Hardly anything even uses it, and it's copied from Wikipedia. It doesn't even use the header template, and references the Three Revert Rule.

- From the links I counted, there are 18 pages that use this template. Although it might not be used as much as other widely common templates, it is still a useful template that (I feel) should be used a bit more.
