New version of template
I saw a discussion in the Community Portal (Scratch Wiki talk:Community Portal#Accidentally Created template and Another Issue) and got an idea for a new version of this template. Here's a mockup:

Add something to the template involving the possibility of pages being moved to creator's userspace
In title. If this was done, I think the note should only show on mainspace pages.

Speedy Deletion Candidate
How about we make a template to be used on pages that need to be deleted quickly? I saw this concept on other wikis, so I though it'll be a good idea to have it on Scratch Wiki! Squee!

- I think this template is used for pages that should immediately be deleted (the template is for pages that 'no longer have any use and needs to be deleted'). The NotUseful template is probably the closest to proposing content for deletion and explaining why it could be (although it could take a few months or years at the most).
