This template is used when a feature or initiative of Scratch has not been discontinued, but has been unavailable for a prolonged period of time. This template is also used for paused in-development Scratch features as well.
You can specify the return date, if one is known:

For example, this template would be used on Curator (front page), as the program is currently paused and planned to return in the future. This would also be used on ScratchBit, as no formal updates have been given about the device's release date, but it is not outright confirmed to be cancelled.
