Template:@/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:@ (see that page for the template itself). It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template allows editors mention other users in a discussion. It is possible to mention one or more users.

The maximum number of users is 50 per edit. This restriction is set by the software, and an error will show on the template.

Usage

• {{@|user}} — mentions a user:
  • @user
• {{@|user|user2}} — mentions multiple users:
  • @user, user2

Errors

• {{@}} — not specifying a user:
  • You must specify a user to mention to!
• {{@|user|user2|...|user50|user51}} — mentioning too many users (50):
  • You can only mention 50 users per edit!
