Organization
I think this page doesn't look very clean or organized. It would be great if anyone knows a way to clean this page up, that would be great.

Tense
I noticed that this article was in present tense so I decided to change it to past tense as it is about the 1.4 user interface. Some of the information in it is still true (like the structure of the interface) but some isn't. Should I change all of it to past tense or some of it?
