Is the first example listed under "Example uses" really necessary?
It doesn't use the actual block. It only uses a different block that sets the value of this block.

- Technically, the words are nessacary. If you just have adjustable tempo, that's fine and all, but that's the most common use - to change speed. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Molybdenum/2719701 for an example.
