Rename page?

This article is obviously named Scratch Camp 2021. I feel like maybe changing it to "Scratch Camp: Try Something New", so it matches the other camp articles.

I think it should stay as Scratch Camp 2021 until the theme is released. Then we can rename the page accordingly.

Should the stub be removed? I think all info is pretty much up to date, and there isn't much else to be added.
