section not showing up for some users?

i've seen a couple people saying that this section doesn't show up for them, and that it might have to do with how old the accounts are.
maybe these bugs be added to the article? examples: 1, 2, 3

- This section actually, as far as I know, doesn't exist anymore. I don't have it on my front page; do you? It also no longer appears on the list found here. I feel like this row was removed, and maybe adding the obsolete feature template would be better?

@jvvg that's interesting, because I'm pretty sure this has been considered gone for AGES! (I had thought...) Are you sure you're not seeing the "Projects LOVED by Scratchers I'm Following"?
