Remove Speculation

Where it says that "the forum was added because of the suggestion (which, by the way, is not the original) TECHNO-cat made" I think it should not be there - Za-Chary speculated, but did not confirm.

He seems pretty confident that that’s what happened. Coincidentally, in his profile comments, he actually suggested for it to be added here.
