Discussion
I see that PPL put the Not Useful template on the page, so we should probably discuss whether it is notable or not. Personally, I feel that it is important enough to have it's own article as it has made a pretty big impact on the Community, particularly the more advanced Scratchers, and is used quite a bit. However, I understand that it might be too complicated for newer users to understand. What do you guys think? :)

- I agree that many advanced Scratchers are using Phosphorus. As to confusing new Scratchers, I don't really see the difference to an article about BYOB/Snap or the HTML5 Player, which are definitely not represented as much as Phosphorus is.

- When it comes to deletion, does it matter if an article is too advanced for newer Scratchers? The Wiki is not simply for new Scratchers. It is always nice, though, to make an article as readable as possible.

Broken
I noticed that due to phosphorus using .sb2 files, and Scratch 3.0 using .sb3 files, phosphorus no longer works properly. Should this be mentioned on the page?
