Do we need the "Wiki Standard" notice?

Perhaps it's just me, but I find it unnerving when my entire attempt to rewrite the article was considered "unneded", especially when there was a notice that said the use of the "one" was becoming an issue at the time that I rewrote it. (Besides that, the article to me is just... "what?") So what exactly is the problem here? My edit was removed, and the notice is still up. Was it a misunderstanding on my part?

I wasn't saying that your rewrite was unneeded, I was saying that the removal of the WS description was unneeded.

Something wierd must've happened then... Somehow all my edits were undone after you made that edit... might've been some sort of page issue. Oh well, will take care of it later. =]

I fixed it up some and removed the Wiki Standard notice. Let me know if you disagree. =)
