A couple things
- Didn't this block exist in Scratch 1.x, just under a different name?
- It could be mentioned that before Scratch 3.0, this block was stage only. However, the alternative dropdown option in the switch backdrop to blocks could be used in Scratch 2.0 to use it in sprites, or by copying the block to a sprite.
- There's already a previous backdrop option in the switch backdrop to blocks (introduced in Scratch 2.0).
