There seems to be a misunderstanding that this has to be synced up with the forum topic I created. There is no reason that it has to be. People are welcome to add their own suggestions to the list (provided that they are actually frequently rejected), regardless of whether or not I deem them worth of being in my forum topic. In fact, this could be a good place to go in more depth and include some of the ones that I didn't include in the interest of space. However, this is not the place to include removed/obsolete blocks, as we already have List of Obsolete Blocks.

Bringing back Discuss

Should I add bringing back the discuss button as a rejected suggestion?

On bringing back old versions

I haven't seen "bring back old version" or its kith be rejected frequently, and the ST have not said anything about using the offline editors. For now, I've removed the section.

Are there many examples of the suggestion to bring back the old versions being frequently rejected? It's obviously suggested a lot, but I'm not so confident that it's been rejected much.

Do we really need another copy of TOLORS?

Why can't users reference topic:343602 instead of this? Why another copy?

This loads faster and is more organized than the topic in the forums. Also, this contains quite a few things that the forum post doesn't, such as 3.0 blocks. I see your point, but I think it's useful.

The forum topic is the most official list of Scratch Team-rejected suggestions, so I think the forum topic should be preferred. Instead of this page copying everything in that topic, I think this page could summarize TOLORS entries (more detailed than the summary of each entry in the topic, in full sentences) and link to relevant pages (such as this wiki's page on private messaging's status), with this page recommending TOLORS for a more detailed description.

We could go more into depth of the history of the suggestion. Also the table of contents is easy to read quickly to see if your suggestion it there.

Yes, I think we could summarize all the entries in TOLORS in this because of the easy-finding abilities of the TOC, but ask users to reference TOLORS for the official list preffered by the ST.

I feel that this article, which summarizes the explanations of the rejected suggestions, is easier to just read through rather than the topic. The explanations in the topic, in my opinion, are kind of long.

Mistakes

Hello Everyone, I noticed that there were A LOT of spelling/grammar mistakes in this article. For example, there is no capitalization for Scratch or Scratcher, and there is no space left in between the parthenthesis. I am currently fixing some mistakes but I just wanted to let you know that there are a lot just in case I miss any. Thanks

Remake proposal

I have been drafting in my sandbox a remake of this page, consisting of short descriptions of each rejected feature (in lists of similar suggestions based on the official post) with links to relevant articles. I do not think that it would duplicate the official list hugely.

There might still be changes to make to my proposal, reply if any might be needed.

Honestly, I don't see the need for this article in the first place. Even if it's a condensed and more organized version, @Za-Chary also made another list containing short reasons why they're rejected.

@SSB2O, the wiki exists to document things on scratch, so we need to document everything relevant.

@Jammum, honestly I don't think this article needs that much of a remake, but yes, it could be compressed. Also, no offense intended, but the current article is easier to read than one with no images.

I think we should just compress the current article [e.g. make the descs of the current rejected suggestions a bit shorter].

@Super Scratch Bros20 In terms of Za-Chary's list of short rejected suggestion descriptions, my proposal contains more detailed shortened versions than his list, to be somewhere in between the authoritative list and that.
