Extension internal reporters

Should I add internal reporters for extensions? It might take me a while to find all of them but when I'm done I will add them here.

I think adding them is a good idea. You can find their IDs here — search for menus: { in each extension's index.js file.

What about the red block given when the block ID is invalid?

It looks like you forgot to cover the red block given when you try and hack a block but the ID is invalid. Please fix this and put it in. Thanks.

I don't think the undefined block belongs in this article, which lists blocks that exist but aren't visible in the block palette. The undefined block is used as a fallback for block that do not exist.

Extension internal inputs scratchblocks style

The extension internal inputs don't actually have extension icons (([ v]:: extension) rather than something like ([ v]:: pen)). Should we change all of the extension internal inputs to reflect this?

@Co0lcr34t10nsI have a project containing every hidden block (found here) and every internal reporter (found here). If you'd like you can make seperate projects with the blocks by backpacking them.
