Is this page really necessary? People should know what fractions are (and that first sentence just sounds odd). The issue with floating-point rounding has been fixed, at least according to the linked forum post. The issue of going to a fractional location is probably worth mentioning somewhere on the wiki, but i don't know that it needs to be here. Maybe on coordinates?
