Merge?
I personally don't think it should be merged with Scratch Discussion Forums because all the other forum topics have their own wiki pages.

Merge
I think it shouldn't be merged since it is different enough from other forum topics to have a page for itself. It is also very early in development, and we should look at it at a later point before merging it.

I have added a reference to an example report post link where you can see that these posts are indeed in a forum named "Dustbin". I am however wondering if I should replace this with an image due to people being able to report an already deleted post, and the fact that you can see the name of the suggestion. Thanks. I've found the same result in trying to access Topic 264990 and Topic 2. Should this possibly be added, or at least referenced?

The Dustbin Subforum
I think you should add something about The Dustbin subforum, which is where deleted whole topics get moved to, and that contains Topic 412 (Deleted Posts, i have proofs that's Topic 412's name), Topic 32023 and the Spam Dustbin as well

403 on reference 2
Clicking on the second reference returns a 403 error. Should something be done about that?

- I'm not sure there's much we can do about that, as that particular source links to the dustbin topic itself, which is private. Presumably, that link was a 403 even when it was first added. Granted, it's not ideal to have a source that nobody can see, but we probably shouldn't change or remove it until we can find a better one.

I do not see how that citation illustrates the point that needs proving. Could we do a report post link as we do on Forum ID to show it’s in the Dustbin?
