I do not think merging to Dustbin Topics is a good idea. The purpose of that page is seperate and also does not align with convention on forums. A reverse merge might work, but I also see no problem with having both since they cover areas similar, but not the same.

- To explain my idea; when someone ask for Dustbin (its topics), it is redirecting to the Dustbin forum, which is not including info about topics. We can add the topics via an subtitle.
