Isn’t there a moratorium on articles about Scratch Modifcations or am I missing something?

- The subject of this article was created by LLK members, the organisation being closely linked with the Scratch Team, so it is probably Scratch-connected enough to have an article here.

- Honestly this is an area that our guidelines don't really explicitly cover. On one hand this could be considered a modification and we don't allow those; on the other hand it does have Scratch Team involvement or at least involvement from ST members (while there aren't any other well-known mods to my knowledge that do). I guess I'd like to see what others think.
