Add Misc

When Misc gets archived, do we keep the main article, or just move it here? It was such an important part of the forums for so long...

This is a difficult decision. It's true that Miscellaneous has been one of the most popular forums in the Scratch Forums, but wouldn't the same argument also hold true for Inspiration and More (the forum, not forum section)? But Inspiration and More didn't get an article, after all (and I don't think it needs one). A section on this article should be enough (it can be a bit longer than the others, if needed.) There's no reason that Miscellaneous should be given an article and not the other archived forums.

I&M actually does have a History section on the article linked in the main here, which is considerably longer than the description here.

I think we should leave it. Miscellaneous was a big deal, and we already have a page about it. It's not like we're writing a whole thing from scratch (no pun intended). And it's a big part of the history of Scratch.
