Last piece of info in info box may need citation
Even though the "brief description" is in quotes, wouldn't it need to be cited? I mean, it's directly from the forum homepage.

Complete rewrite
this page is extremely outdated in similar ways to how the old "Welcome to the Advanced Topics" sticky was extremely outdated, which somehow stuck around for 10 years. scratch mods aren't too big of a discussion topic any more, and ones that are still discussed don't usually have "enabled mesh" as a big feature. this really needs to be completely rewritten to reflect the modern ATs.

- If you want to start a rewrite I'd recommend creating a subpage of your sandbox. Maybe something like User:EngineerRunner/sandbox/AT_Rewrite and then add an Open Userpage template so others can help to rewrite it.

missing citations, citations that are extremely old and citations that might be incorrect.
its 2024 and there are citations from around 9 to 13 years ago. Someone could of been born back when the post about making a "scratch modifications" forum was first posted, then completed kindergarten, be in year 6 of primary school, discover scratch, and be active on the advanced topics forum. I suggest a complete rewrite of the advanced topics wiki page.

- @PoIygon Old citations does not mean wrong citations. For example, for citation 9, people in Advanced Topics would probably still consider themselves in a mini-community (by guessing). There are only one citations missing (which is not great but it's not that dramatic) and "rewriting the wiki page" isn't always as easy as it seems. As for incorrect citations, we just have to look through each citation to see if they're right in today (which is also harder said than done).
