Mention that pages must have content when being created
Sometimes, when pages that have little to no content when they are created and nothing is added to it a short time after the article's creation, they get deleted. Maybe something could be added to this saying that when mainspace pages are created, they cannot be blank or have almost no content?

- Perhaps we should mention something about drafting the article in userspace first?
