Here are some instructions about communicating to Scratch via App Inventor and Bluetooth.
Needs
- A robot (it must be compatible with Scratch and Bluetooth)
- Scratch program
- App Inventor
Open App Inventor

First, log in from this website. Second, create a new project. Then, follow the instructions below.
Create the app
First, select "Designer" at the right on the page. Second, select Palette-Connectivity-BluetoothClient and drag to Screen1.
Test the app
You can test apps by selecting "Bulid" and then in the dropdown click "save apk to computer"
