How do I rename forum topics?

Shortcut:
FAQ:RENAMETOPIC

Forum topics can be renamed by Scratchers like so:

1. Click "Edit" in the bottom-right corner of the first post in the topic
2. Scroll to the top to find the input box labelled "Subject"
3. Change the name
4. Press "Save" in the bottom left corner

The topic should be renamed.
