To remix a project, click the green Remix button next to the See inside button in the top right corner of the project page. Alternately, on the project page click See Inside and in the header of the project editor, click on the Remix button to upload the project as a remix from an account.
It is required that something in the remix should be changed before it is shared. Remixes that do not change anything noticeable are not allowed on Scratch and should be reported, as they violate the “Embrace remix culture” section of the Community Guidelines.
