Capitalization

Shouldn't the title be capitalized? Shouldn't it be Help:List of Special Pages?

Technically, this is a duplicate, but I think this is a more useful version of it. I don't know if it should be kept or maybe changed to userspace.

No, this is not a duplicate, for two reasons:

1. Special:SpecialPages is itself a special page, and thus cannot be edited; and
2. This page provides immediate descriptions of each of the pages, whereas Special:SpecialPages only lists them.

I've also filled in a lot of info now, making it much more useful - hopefully y'all can learn something :)
