The Dustbin forum is a forum in the Scratch Discussion Forums where deleted topics from other forums are moved to. The forum is only accessible by the Scratch Team, returning a 403 Error for normal Scratchers attempts to access it.
The forum contains topic 412, which is where deleted posts are merged into.[1]
