Scratch 16Dec06, created on December 16, 2006, was the beta version of Scratch following Scratch 06Oct06 and preceding Scratch 1.0. It was not released to the public, and was originally found through John Maloney's website. This is also the first version to feature the Scratch Cat and one of the only known versions to have an installer.
